Link ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI assistant to 3D Rank so it can pull example print concepts and help you plan your next print.

Connect

ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT Apps settings and turn on Developer mode (read the notice shown). If it's unavailable, ask your ChatGPT admin.
  2. Open the New plugin dialog.
  3. Enter "3D Rank" as the name and paste the link above as the URL.
  4. Review the details, check "I understand and want to continue" (ChatGPT shows this for every custom connection), then click Create.
  5. Turn on the app from the chat box, then ask ChatGPT to use 3D Rank.

Claude

  1. Open Claude's add connector form — the name and link are filled in for you.
  2. Review the details and click Add.
  3. If the form doesn't open, go to Claude's Connectors page, choose "Add custom connector", name it "3D Rank" and paste the link.
  4. Turn on the connector from the chat box, then ask Claude to use 3D Rank.

Claude Code

  1. Run this one line in a terminal:

  2. Start Claude Code and type /mcp to confirm 3D Rank is connected. Sign in there if asked.
  3. Ask Claude Code to use 3D Rank.

Other AI assistants

  1. Open the assistant's connector or MCP server settings.
  2. Create a new remote connection.
  3. Name it "3D Rank" and paste the link above.
  4. Finish any sign-in prompts.
  5. Turn the connection on, then ask the assistant to use 3D Rank.

Refresh after 3D Rank updates

💡 Tip: assistants remember the tool list, so refresh after we add new features.

ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and select 3D Rank.
  2. Scroll to "Information" and click Refresh.
  3. If the link changed, delete the app and repeat the connect steps with the new link.
  4. Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use 3D Rank.

Claude

  1. Open the Connectors page and select 3D Rank.
  2. Refresh or update the connector's tools.
  3. If the link changed, remove the connector and repeat the connect steps with the new link.
  4. Ask Claude to use 3D Rank.

Claude Code

  1. Start a new Claude Code session — it loads the latest tools automatically.
  2. If the link changed, run claude mcp remove 3d-rank, then run the install command again.
  3. Ask Claude Code to use 3D Rank.

Other AI assistants

  1. Open the assistant's connector settings.
  2. Select the 3D Rank connection.
  3. Refresh the tool list, reload, or reconnect it.
  4. If the link changed, paste the new link from above.
  5. Start a new chat and ask the assistant to use 3D Rank.
